Report to: Senior e-Marketing Manager, Skin Care
Location: Shanghai, China
Main Responsibilities
Brand CRM strategy & annual deployment plan:
- Lead online & offline CRM system integration, build and manage a comprehensive CRM database to benefit business analysis, plan and marketing activities
- Manage and evaluate suitable CRM modules/programs within current technology space to support CRM strategy
- Lead agency and internal functional teams to work out annual CRM strategy, deployment plan and according KPIs
Drive CRM execution excellence:
- Lead agency to maintain CRM routines in a measurable way, ex. monthly report, regular review & learnings & sharing etc.
- Co-work with EC & TP to optimize shopper-based loyalty program execution, utilizing brand CRM system, databank and all relevant data tools from e-Commerce platform, to recruit/retain and keep loyalty
Integrate CRM campaign with e-Commerce platform evolving request:
- Understand online platform business via well-rounded data processing and understanding, so as to leverage CRM insights to benefit EC consumer management
- Support e-Commerce platform activities from loyalty perspective
Qualification & Experience
- 4-6 years working experience in CRM field with strong EC experience, especially TMALL eCRM
- Self-motivated, eager to learn in CRM & digital marketing;
- Strong communication skills with internal & external teams;
- International FMCG Company with strong project management skills is preferred;
- Fluent English and Mandarin;
